Roles & Responsibilities
Health and safety leadership is driven by senior management, who are accountable for ensuring systems, resources, and oversight are in place. However, maintaining a safe working environment is a shared responsibility with all TBL employees or contractors expected to act with vigilance and integrity to protect themselves and those around them.
Workforce Commitment
All TBL personnel are expected to:
- Adhere to site-specific health and safety procedures and use equipment responsibly
- Promptly report any hazards, unsafe behaviours, or near-miss incidents
- Engage fully in safety briefings, toolbox talks, and any training
- Cooperate with incident investigations to support root cause analysis and corrective actions where necessary
- Uphold safe working practices and contribute to a culture of continuous safety improvement
